Become a Coach

Coaches are the heart of our program! Each season, two or more volunteer coaches inspire and guide a team through our tried-and-true curriculum. If you're ready to directly make an impact, then this role is for you.

Additional Volunteer Opportunities

We have a role for you!

Skill-Based Opportunities

Social Media:

Are you a volunteer who can support social media content? Our current needs are:  photography, videography, and content for posts. Volunteers would need to be available afterschool when programming is in progress. Our program locations and times vary by season. A volunteer can work on one or two sites near you or region-wide or some combination in between.

Community Outreach for SoleMates Program:

Are you a volunteer who can help us grow the SoleMates program? You'll work to find the individuals in the community who are willing to become a SoleMate, who will set a goal and then fundraise for GOTR while they work to accomplish that goal (SoleMates is similar to the Walk-A-Thon model, in which people set a goal to walk 13 miles and then ask donors to give $2 per mile.)  YOU can make the difference by helping us find SoleMates!

Board-Members

Board Members are volunteers who use their skills and passion for our mission to move the mission forward.
